ATEX Level Sensors
Capacitance Level Transmitter – EB RF Series
Principle The EB RF series capacitance level transmitter utilizes the capacitance formed between the sensing probe and the metallic vessel wall. A high frequency sine-wave is applied between the probe and the vessel wall. A change of the medium level…

The EG series Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter was created from the principle of magnetic field strength of two different directions thus sending out a signal to determine the exact level of the medium. Therefore even if there should be a power…

Principle The Magnet Float Level transmitter is composed of the float and sensing rod, as the float is raised or lowered by liquid level, the sensing rod will have a resistance output which is directly proportional to the liquid level. Also,…
Read moreAbout our ATEX Level Sensors
Used in conjunction with a level switch, level sensors are designed to trigger once a fluid rises or falls to a pre-designated setpoint within a chamber. They are a common component in various fluidic systems and process and control applications, and variations include capacitance, magnetic, magnostrictive and more.
As part of the Applications Engineering range, we offer a selection of our conventional level sensors modified for ATEX compliance. These ATEX level sensors hold the appropriate certification for proof of safety in explosive environments, and offer the same durability and functionality as our non-ATEX certified range. If you would like more information about our certification or testing process, please contact us.
