1. Delivery Policy

At Applications Engineering Ltd, we are committed to ensuring accurate, timely, and safe delivery of our products and solutions to all our customers.

1.1 Delivery Timeframes

• UK Mainland: Standard next-day delivery (see detailed options below).
• N. Ireland, Highlands, Channel Isles, etc.: Typically 2–3 business days.
• Europe: Typically 5–10 business days.
• For custom-engineered or made-to-order products, delivery estimates will be provided upon order confirmation and may vary depending on project scope and lead times.

Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UK time) will be processed the next business day. To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be confirmed before this cut-off time.

1.2 Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are applied at checkout based on location and selected shipping service.

1.3 Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

1.4 Delivery Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Some hazardous or sensitive items may be subject to delivery restrictions or require special handling.

2. Returns Policy

We stand by the quality and reliability of our products. However, if you need to return an item, the following policy applies:

2.1 Return Eligibility

• Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • Not customized or specially manufactured
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Note: Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Returns without a completed Returns Form may not be processed.

2.3 Restocking Fees

• A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective items, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2.4 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or built-to-spec products
• Opened software or electronic components that have been installed or programmed

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to your account, or to the original payment method upon request.
