- N. Ireland, Highlands, Channel Isles, etc.: Typically 2–3 business days.
- Europe: Typically 5–10 business days.
- For custom-engineered or made-to-order products, delivery estimates will be provided upon order confirmation and may vary depending on project scope and lead times.
Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UK time) will be processed the next business day. To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be confirmed before this cut-off time.

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- Not customized or specially manufactured
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

2.3 Restocking Fees
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective items, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

- Opened software or electronic components that have been installed or programmed
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to your account, or to the original payment method upon request.
