Applications Engineering’s priority demand valve (PDV) assembly is for use upon activation of a flow switch, whereupon the valve will automatically close the domestic water supply allowing all water to divert to the sprinkler system.

The priority demand valve 2 now comes with an actuated ball valve, meaning constant power is not required for the failsafe, this caused the coil to get hot in the previous version.
